A Healthy You/ Healthy Eating

You must focus on fixing your relationship with FOOD and YOURSELF before you will see lasting results.

Traditional diets, quick fixes, or fancy workout programs, won’t fix an issue that resides in your soul.

Once the inside is fixed, the other pieces will synergistically begin to work together and you will see long term results.

One of the most important things to learn is to pay attention to the internal cues of your body.

Learning the difference between true hunger or habitual eating based on mood is key to weight loss and maintenance.

We must learn the difference between hunger eating and emotional eating. Emotional eating can later turn into habit, leading to weight gain or mindless eating.
Take note of your body signals and habits.

You must know your own body.
Self awareness is the main factor in reaching your goals.

You have potential inside of you that is unique to you.
We must renew our mind to think properly about ourselves.


We must see ourself through God’s light instead of a distorted perspective of self.


Part of the Fitness journey is working your tail off to see yourself properly and train your mind to think right.
